day. When we have to order the item from our wholesalers then we will contact

Which countries are included in the UK?
Our definition of the UK for delivery purposes includes England, Northern Ireland,
Scotland, Wales, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Falkland Islands
i.e. all addresses with an UK postcode, including all BFPO addresses.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders are despatched by Royal Mail.
How long will it take to arrive?Despatch of the order will always depend upon when your order is placed and on
the stock availability. Please do phone if you require any clarification.
First Class
This normally takes 1 - 3 days from dispatch. Royal Mail try to deliver the
next day but this is not guaranteed.
BFPO Address
Delivery times to offshore addresses may take a little longer and delivery
to BFPO addresses are dependent on British Forces Post Office schedules.
Where can I have my order delivered?
You can have your order delivered to a different address more convenient to
you e.g. at work, or to friends or family etc.
BFPO Addresses
We are happy to deliver to BFPO addresses, but please ensure the following
information is provided:
- Service Number, Rank and Name in the name field
- Regiment in the address fields
- BFPO number in the postcode field
Most of our product range is available for
immediate despatch. If an item you have ordered is not available within our despatch
time limits, we will contact you to make appropriate arrangements, if the delayed
delivery date for the item is not acceptable to you, you will be able to cancel
the order. Where an unavailable item is a part of a larger order, we will despatch
your order with the unavailable item to follow within our time limits, if this
is not possible the above will apply.
Accepted orders received by 3pm Mon-Fri are normally despatched on the same
day, orders received after 3pm Mon-Fri, over the weekend, or over bank holidays
are normally despatched the following working day. Orders are normally despatched
by Royal Mail for smaller orders.
Please note that Royal Mail 1st Class service does not guarantee next day delivery,
if you require urgent delivery please contact us and we will do our best to assist
you. Delivery times are approximate and given in good faith. Whilst every endeavour
will be made to meet the times given, this may vary due to circumstances beyond
our control.
On over 98% of occasions Royal Mail and our couriers do an excellent job of
delivering the next day, however every now and then gremlins prevent this from
happening.
As a guidance, if you have not received your order within 5 clear working days
of placing your order, please contact us to check your order was despatched correctly.
We will confirm when your order was despatched and by which carrier.
NB. Before you contact us please double check that no
one else has accepted your delivery for you and forgot to tell you, this happens
a lot! Returns and Refunds
Our Guarantee
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, if for any reason
you are unhappy with your purchase from us, simply return it to us unopened and
in its original condition within 10 days of receipt of the goods and you can have
a refund of the full purchase price less any shipping or handling costs. Your
refund will be within 28 days of us receiving the goods back.
Returns Policy
Faulty or unwanted goods purchased from us, will be replaced or refunded according
to our guarantee (detailed above) and Conditions of Use and Sale when we have
received the item back. An inspection of the returned item may be carried out
prior to a replacement or refund being agreed. If a replacement item is urgently
required before we receive the returned item back, it must be paid for in full.
Agreed refunds will be refunded within 28 days of us receiving the item back (subject
to inspection if required).
The above does not affect your statutory rights.
How to Return an Unwanted Item
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from us, simply return
it to us unopened and in its original condition within 10 days of receipt of the
goods and you can have a refund of the full purchase price less any shipping or
handling costs. Your refund will be within 28 days of us receiving the goods back.
To make a return, package the item/s securely and send to the address below.
We recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service, please include your identity
details or a copy of the original invoice and the reason for the return. Please
note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

How to Return a Faulty Item
If a product appears to be faulty, please contact us immediately for technical
assistance:

If a return is agreed, the faulty item must be returned to us with its original
packaging and documentation with a brief note describing the fault. Please include
your identity details or a copy of the original invoice. Package securely and
send to the address below, we recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service
unless agreed otherwise with us when you contacted us.
